Any day that you FALL BEHIND, you will be expected to access the wiki webquest from home and catch up as homework. If you do not have a computer / internet access from home, you need to make arrangements to stay after school. There will NOT be any exceptions!
Day 1~
1. Read “Introduction”, and “Task” (use the Navigation bar on the right side of the computer screen)
2. Pick up 2 note-card worksheets and “Guided Questions” ~ Lincoln’s Assassination
3. Get Group Assignments from Mrs. Kienzle
4. Begin to explore Site #1 (Go to "Links" (right side of computer in Navigation Bar), find your role and select Site #1). Remember to document all of your findings and if you are ready move on to the next site!
Day 2 ~
1. Take out Notecards WK
2. Go to “Links” – read and explore Site #1 if you didn't finish yesterday (right side of computer in Navigation Bar)
3. Document ALL of your findings.
4. Go back to the wiki-quest; go to “Links” – read and explore Site #2
5. Document ALL of your findings.
6. Extra time? Move on to Site #3 and do the same process!
Day 3 ~
1. Take out Notecards WK
2. Go to “Links” – read and explore Site #3 (right side of computer in Navigation Bar)
3. Document ALL of your findings.
4. Go back to the wiki-quest; go to “Links” – read and explore Site #4
5. Document ALL of your findings.
6. Extra time? Begin to write your script!! Use the script worksheet that is provided.
HOMEWORK: Compile your facts on the investigation - turn it into a script for your group ... due tomorrow.
Day 4 ~
1. Meet with your group (at the library tables) – each investigator will take a turn sharing his / her information. (You should each talk for about 5 minutes; total 15 minutes). If your role is the "Script Writer" - you should be creating a final script with everyone's info!
2. As a group, check out the rubric that is provided. Review and meet your expectations.
3. Extra time? Recorder ... begin recording!! Get directions on how to podcast from Mrs. Kienzle. Script Writer - help out the recorder!! Picture Person - find your six pictures, remember you need two for each investigative role.
Important Reminder ~ Today you will all be “podcasting” please station yourselves away from one another (by group) so you don’t pick up sounds from other presentations. Also remember when you aren’t podcasting to watch your noise level, you don’t want anyone to ruin your podcast and no one wants you to ruin theirs. Thank you for being respectfulJ**

1. Record and finalize! Final script should be done. All pictures saved!
2. Self Assess
3. Turn in your rubrics and all scripts. Make sure your name is on everything!
